Making of Cartoon Dino
I recently completed this Cartoon Dino character and thought it might be cool to show my steps. I’ve found that I use a lot of 2D cheats when drawing. These cheats don’t translate exactly into 3D so the results are a little different in the end.
I used Modo to model, texture and paint the entire model. I used Photoshop in post for the background painting and character color tweaks. The process took about 15 hours to complete I estimate.
